Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough’s wedding day guest list has been making headlines.
Now a new report claims the pair, who are set to wed in Mexico this weekend, have a reserve guest list.
The Daily Telegraph’s claims Karl and Jasmine ‘expected some guests to decline their invitations, prompting the couple to draft a list of ‘firsts’ and ‘reserves’.’
Georgie Gardner is one name mentioned in the report, which says Karl’s Today show co-host only managed to land herself on the ‘reserves’ list, despite working side-by-side with Karl on the Today five days a week.
‘[She] was given a late call-up after first invitations went out months ago,’ says the report.
‘The decision to knock back the invitation was therefore an easy one for Gardner to make,’ she added.
Nine Network released a statement confirming that Gardner wouldn’t be attending the wedding as she already had ‘prior commitments’.
‘He did [invite her] and has previously been reported she has family commitments and holidays previously planned,’ the spokesperson said.
