With the royal wedding fast approaching, Prince Phillip is still recovering from his hip surgery which took place in London on April 4.
Recovering from the operation at Windsor Castle, Kensington Palace has not yet confirmed whether the 96-year-old will be attending the wedding of his grandson Prince Harry to Meghan Markle on Saturday May 19.
The royal family ‘very much hope’ Prince Phillip will be there, a palace spokesperson said last week, however further confirmation will be made closer to the nuptials.
Harry and Meghan’s royal wedding will go for several hours, including a 60 minute church service at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle, and two receptions.
