Ingredients

TIP: You will need about 1/2 bunch of Chinese broccoli for this recipe. Pork mince can be replaced with chicken or turkey mince. If Thai basil is unavailable use regular basil instead.

Method

Step 1

Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 6 to 8 minutes, until tender. Drain, and rinse under cold water. Drain well.

Step 2

Heat a lightly oiled large wok or non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add pork, onion, garlic, and chilli. Stir-fry, breaking up mince, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until browned all over and the liquid has evaporated. Add Chinese broccoli. Stir fry for another 2 minutes.

Step 3

Combine sauces, sugar, and 1/4 cup water in a small jug. Add to wok with noodles. Toss over a high heat for 1 to 2 minutes until combined and hot.

Step 4

Quickly toss through basil. Serve topped with extra chilli (optional).
