This Ginger Pork Noodle Stir-Fry goes from wok to table in under 30 minutes

TIP – Replace rice noodles with dried egg noodles, and snow peas with green beans or 1 cup frozen peas.

Step 1.

Prepare noodles according to packet directions. Drain. Rinse under cold water. Drain well.

Step 2.

Combine sauce, honey and 1 tbsp water in a small jug.

Step 3.

Heat an oiled, large wok over a high heat. Add pork, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry, breaking up mince for about 5 mins, or until pork changes colour. Add carrot and snow peas. Stir-fry for 2 mins.

Step 4.

Add sauce mixture to wok with noodles. Stir-fry for a further 1-2 mins, or until hot.

Step 5.

Serve sprinkled with chilli flakes, if desired.
