Step 1
Thread the prosciutto, salami, tomatoes, mortadella, bocconcini, artichockes, capsicum and olives alternatively onto the wooden skewers, using the image as a guide.
Step 2
Arrange skewers around the edge of a large round serving plate or board to resemble a wreath. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 3
To serve, garnish the platter with basil leaves. Drizzle the skewers with balsamic and olive oil.
