TIP – This cake is best made on the day of serving. Try serving with a dollop of whipped cream.

Step 1
Grease a 22cm round cake pan. Line base and side with baking paper.
Step 2
Beat eggs and 2 cups of the Nutella in a small bowl with an electric mixer on high speed for about 5 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Sift flour over the Nutella mixture. Fold in until just combined. Pour into prepared pan. Spread evenly.
Step 4
Cook in a 160°C preheated oven for about 45 mins, or until the cake is cooked when a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Remove. Cool in the pan.
Step 5
Turn out the cake onto a serving plate. Spread the remaining Nutella over the top.
