3-Ingredient Chewy Coconut Macaroons

TIP! Macaroons can be made up to five days ahead. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. 

Ingredients

Method

1.

Grease and line two large oven trays with baking paper.

2.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. 

3.

Spoon tablespoons of mixture, about 3cm apart, onto prepared trays. 

4.

Cook in a slow oven (150C) for about 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to touch. Remove from oven. Cool on trays.
