Married At First Sight’s Zoe Hendrix often takes to her social media pages to share her thoughts on the campaign to normalise breastfeeding.
The 29-year-old former reality star took to Instagram this week to share a photograph of herself nursing her two-year-old daughter Harper alongside a lengthy caption.
“I never imagined our boobing journey would last this long! But here we are. Almost 2 years in.
“Most days I’m over it and ready for her to wean (feeding an active toddler is so different to feeding a baby in your arms!) But I’ve decided to let Miss Harper make that call when she is good and ready.
“Especially considering the changes she has experienced following our separation.”
Zoe explained that the act of nursing Harper is more than just providing her with food, adding that she will stop once her daughter is prepared to let go.
Offering advice to her followers, she concluded: “So no matter where you are in your journey, just do what’s best for you and your child.”
Zoe’s post comes months after announcing her split from MAFS partner Alex Garner.
Zoe and 32-year-old Alex share two-year-old daughter Harper-Rose.
The former couple found love during the first season of Married At First Sight in 2015, which sees strangers “tie the knot” upon meeting.
