Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding budget has reportedly doubled, a source close to the couple told Look magazine.
According to the insider close to the former Suits star, the wedding dress has set the royal family back a whopping £400,000 (AU$712,0000).
Speaking to the publication, the source said: ‘Meghan is like any other bride preparing for her dream day.
‘The wedding dress has been the biggest expense, and the budget has now doubled from what it originally was.’
As well as a shockingly high wedding cost, Meghan has reportedly spent over £100,000 on post-wedding celebrations.
The source adds that the honeymoon is ‘Meghan’s gift to Harry.’
The couple only have two months left until their highly-anticipated May 19 wedding.
