Australian reality TV couple Carly Bowyer and Troy Delmege found love on Channel Nine’s social experiment Married At First Sight, but it appears there might be some trouble in paradise.
32-year-old Carly admitted the pair recently had their ‘first fight.’
Speaking to the Herald Sun on Monday, Carly joked that the couple are at odds over their State of Origin loyalties.
‘It could get messy,’ the blonde beauty joked.
A Queenslander, Carly will be backing the Maroons while Troy, from Sydney, is team NSW.
The couple, who were originally paired with different people on MAFS, found each other after the show’s finishing.
Carly was paired with ‘millionaire groom’ Justin Fischer on the show, while Troy was paired with Brisbane flight attendant Ashley Irvin.
Despite being plagued by split rumours of late, Carly and Troy have claimed that ‘marriage’ is in their future.
Troy told the Daily Telegraph, ‘Marriage is definitely on the cards for us.
‘She’s definitely a girl I could see my entire future with.’
‘She ticks every single box I looked for and in terms of physical beauty, she’s 100 per cent,’ he said.
An equally smitten Carly also declared her love for Troy, writing on Instagram: ‘Sometimes love can creep up on you when you least expect it and you realise why everything up until this point didn’t work out. The universe was waiting for us to meet. I love you baby.’
