Kensington Palace release new family portraits

To celebrate Princess Charlotte's third birthday.

Just a week after his birth, Kensington Palace has released new images of Prince Louis. 

Taking to their social media channels, the royal family’s statement reads: ‘The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share two photographs of Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, taken by The Duchess at Kensington Palace.

‘This image was taken on 2nd May, on Princess Charlotte’s third Birthday.’

The images were released to celebrate Princess Charlotte’s third birthday. 

Just last week, Kate and William welcomed their newest family member – announcing his name as Louis Arthur Charles.

Kate Middleton and Prince William have announced the name of their third royal baby, with Kensington Palace confirming the news. 

Kensington Palace released a statement, reading: ‘The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son Louis Arthur Charles. The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge.’

According to royal sources, older siblings Prince George and Princess Charlotte were ‘delighted’ to meet Louis.
