Kate Middleton has revealed Princess Charlotte’s favourite food – and it’s every bit as fancy as you might imagine (well, for a three-year-old).
During a visit to Lavender Primary School in north London on February 5, the Duchess of Cambridge confessed that her daughter loved munching on olives.
While the particular type of olive Charlotte prefers wasn’t mentioned, it’s clear that the royal toddler has already developed quite a sophisticated palate.
‘Charlotte loves olives,’ Kate was overheard telling pupils, before mentioning she frequently gets her two eldest children to cook with her – including their favourite ‘cheesy pasta’.
Speaking afterwards, Matthew Kleiner-Mann, chief executive of the the Ivy Learning Trust, said: ‘She was telling us how much her children love cooking and how they cook for her. They made cheesy pasta the other day.
‘One stirs the flour, one puts the milk and butter in, and they make salads and stuff. Food is important to her and she understands the links between mental health and physical exercise.’
