Luann de Lesseps isn’t having a Merry Christmas.
According to the New York Post, The Real Housewives of New York star was arrested in Palm Beach, Florida on Sunday morning, for disorderly intoxication, battery of an officer, resisting arrest and making threats against a public servant.
The Palm Beach Post also claims the reality TV star – who split from her husband earlier this year – slammed a door and kicked a policeman during her arrest, and said “I’m going to kill you all”.
De Lesseps was released without bond and is permitted to return to New York. She is due back in court on Jan. 25, 2018.
