Tracy Grimshaw was left red faced last night after a string of technical failures on A Current Affair left the host all at sea.

Attempting to direct viewers to take part in a Facebook poll, there was no cutaway or graphics, as Tracy was left staring blankly into space, with a confused look on her face.
Then a segment refused to start playing, with only audio heard before some mute video briefly appeared on screen.
The screen then went dark, with button pushers desperately cutting to an ad break.
Things were no better at the show’s outro. When we returned to Tracy she was looking at the wrong camera.
‘Ah, that’s tomorrow,’ she stumbled. ‘Um, before we go… what camera?
‘Before we go an update on the poll we’re running,’ she said, facing viewers at last.
Social media was deluged with viewers expressing their disbelief at the string of stuff-ups.
‘The year’s most hilarious commercial TV horror shock,’ wrote one person, while another simply asked, ‘What happened ACA?’
What happened, indeed.
It might be Tracy’s most embarrassing moment since she was locked out of her hotel room nude at the 1998 Logies.
Speaking with Stellar Magazine, Tracey conceded the juicy details explaining that after she had mistaken the front door for the bathroom door, ‘I locked myself out of my hotel room starkers. It was 3.45am and there was no-one in the hallway.’
Tracey then revealed she used her neighbour’s newspaper to cover herself, ‘I realised that the guest opposite [my hotel room] had The Australian delivered. Thank god it was a broadsheet and not the Herald Sun!’
Who knew Tracey was such a wild child! Let’s hope she could laugh about last night as well…
