We hear there’s a surprising altercation in upcoming episodes between Block host Scott Cam, 55, and all-round nice guy Spence, 46.
Foreman Dan was shocked when it all went down.
‘It was quite surprising when Scotty called Spence over for a chat. Spence came back and opened up his heart to me, crying, and I was taken aback about what was happening,’ Dan reveals.
‘It nearly had me going seeing him cry, it was such a sad thing to see.’ Being a past contestant himself, Dan understood the hardships of the show and set about raising Spence’s spirits. ‘I reminded him that he’s a top bloke and does a good job. I told him: “The Block is hard, but this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, you can’t just give it up and throw it away. And that’s what Scotty is trying to get across to him as well.”’
