Photos shared to social media show friends and family gathered for the rehearsal dinner at the upscale beachfront hotel on Friday night.
The pair will walk down the aisle almost exactly a year after Meghan and Prince Harry tied the knot.
Engleson and Markle got hitched in Jamaica in 2011.
Trevor filed for divorce in 2013 citing strain due to her filming schedule in Toronto for Suits.
