Meghan Markle is set to walk down the aisle in a stunning Ralf & Russo dress that will set the royal family back a whopping $100,000.
The Mail Online reports that “multiple fashion industry sources” have revealed that the former Suits actress has chosen the British couturiers to make the first of the two gowns she is planning to wear on her May 19 wedding to Prince Harry.
An insider also reveals that the cost of the dress will be footed by Harry and his family privately.
“It sounds a lot but this is the wedding of the year and hundreds of hours of manpower have gone into making it, almost all by hand,” spilled the source.
Meghan’s long time friend Priyanka Chopra also revealed details about the dress during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen last week.
In a game called “Spill the Royal Tea,” Priyanka mostly answered Cohen’s questions with her facial expressions, and when asked if Meghan had cried when she found her wedding dress, she smiled broadly and buried her face in her hands, prompting both Cohen and fellow guest Sebastian Stan to say, “yes!”.
