Pregnant Meghan got up at 4:30am to do THIS

That's commitment.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry visited Bondi Beach this morning, and the duchess has made a stunning admission to fans.

While speaking to group OneWave, the Duchess of Sussex revealed she got up at 4:30am to do a yoga session.

“It was so good for healing your mind,” Meghan was heard saying.

Meghan has long been a fan of yoga, and her mother Doria Ragland is a yoga instructor in their home town of Los Angeles.

“There are so many benefits that come with the practice of yoga,” Meghan previously told Best Health.

“Increased flexibility and muscle strength, greater happiness, increased mental focus, a greater ability to relax, decreased anxiety and better sleep.”

“Yoga lengthens and strengthens muscles giving a lean, toned, body shape,” says yogi to the stars, Charlotte Dodson, whose clientele includes Middle Eastern royalty, Miranda Kerr, Lara Worthington, and Stephanie Rice.

“It helps define your arms and legs, so you’ll feel and look beautiful.”

While at the beach Meghan also said her pregnancy was like “having jet lag without actually travelling”.

Harry also told the group: “Each and every one of us will experience poor mental health, it doesn’t discriminate.”

The duchess spoke to Charlotte Connell, 35, who is 23 weeks pregnant.

She said: “The world is going to be a better place when Harry and Meghan’s child and my children grow up if we shine a light on mental health and wellbeing. We need to smash the stigma right now.”

“She said she was up at 4.30am this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn’t sleep.

“It’s a bit of a double whammy for her, she said, as she has both the baby and jet lag to contend with.”
