She’s earned the title of MAFS Most Confident Bride but Elizabeth Sobinoff, 27, showed a vulnerable side during the show’s most recent episode.
And that’s not all the Newcastle store manager showed off during the episode which featured her wedding to tradie and fitness model Sam Ball.
Elizabeth appeared bare-faced and makeup free during the show and we have to admit it blew our minds.
The platinum blonde is a fan of heavy makeup and is usually seen with black eyeliner so thick it virtually covers her entire eyelids. Her foundation is the complete opposite of natural and not a hint of skin shows through.
Elizabeth is also partial to serious contouring with chiseled cheeks and an intensely lined and coloured lip.
She rounds the beauty queen look out with the most intense false lashes we’ve ever seen.
But during last night’s episode we were treated to a glimpse of Elizabeth as we’ve never seen her before.
That is to say – makeup free.
And she was heavenly.
Without the fully made-up look, Elizabeth’s features shone.
Her eyes are pretty and her expression soft.
She looks like a sweetheart, the girl next door, albeit the beautiful girl next door, and she appears truly lovely.
Unsurprisingly (although in our opinion sadly) Elizabeth was fully made up when she strutted down the aisle to her brand new beau and husband to be.
Her hair extensions were in, her mouth pouty and full and those incredible false nails were on display.
What wasn’t was the sweet, innocent-looking young woman who we glimpsed for just a moment.
All we can say is that we hope to see more of Elizabeth without her hard-core made-up face.
Of course, a woman should wear whatever makes her feel most beautiful. But it would be lovely for Elizabeth to show her truly lovely features without makeup from time to time.
