Karl Stefanovic has made a heartbreaking admission.
The popular Today Show host admitted that he has ‘100%’ considered quitting his prestigious role on the morning breakfast program as his private life took its toll.
‘I’ve been broken in the last two years, but you still have to come to work and do a breakfast show,’ he told TV Tonight.
‘There are a lot more people in this world going through hardship than Karl Stefanovic.’
The 43-year-old added that he is the ‘world’s most boring man’
‘I have my ugg boots on, my track suit pants, my AC/DC shirt and I’m watching Stan in front of the fire. That’s as exciting as I get,’ he said.
Two years ago, Stefanovic and his then-wife of 21 years announced they were separating. The couple share three children – Jackson, 18, Ava, 12 and River, 10. The pair divorced a year later.
Stefanovic then began a relationship with 34-year-old shoe designer Jasmine Yarbrough, with the two going public at the end of 2016. The two are now engaged and are expected to marry in a lavish ceremony later this year.
It remains unclear if Karl will bring Jasmine to this years 2018 Logie Awards.
