Onetime Australia’s Got Talent winner Jack Vidgen looks to have made the reality TV comeback of the year, stunning viewers and judges alike with his memorable rendition of the Adele favourite, Hello.

The former star, who retreated from the spotlight after becoming disillusioned with the music industry, might now be putting his subsequent jobs in retail and aged care behind him for good, if the reaction to last night’s performance is anything to go by.
‘Do you normally get this reaction when you do perform?’ Boy George asked Jack.
‘George he’s like very well known here,’ Guy Sebastian explained of the huge response that Jack’s stirring vocal workout elicited.
‘I’m just shocked to see you like on stage, I’m so glad to see you and your voice — my gosh.’
With the judges fighting amongst themselves over who would win Jack’s favour, Twitter was divided – with the usual troll army complaining that the singer had already had his shot, with others lavishing praise on the 22-year-old performer.
‘That was then this is now,’ said one poster about his past success. ‘I’m looking forward to hearing how much his singing has improved.’
