Hamish Blake just confessed that an accident while filming his latest show, Perfect Holiday, with sidekick Andy Lee left the pair close to dying.

According to Daily Mail, Hamish, 37, made the confession at a post-Logies brunch in the Gold Coast.
After footage of a car plunging off a cliff aired during the brunch event, Hamish told guests: “One day we came close to dying.
“We were in that car and a guy drove a forklift through the side of it as a joke,” he said, according to the article.
He added: “In Australia, we don’t do a lot of ‘forklift through the window’ gear, but in Alaska, it’s one of the funniest jokes you can do. We learned a lot.”
The footage was all camera tricks, and the funny pair weren’t actually in the car when it went over the edge.
Hamish and Andy’s revelation comes after Andy’s recent health battles.
The 38-year-old comedian told Today host Tom Steinfort last month that he has been in and out of the hospital due to problems with his rectum, and undergone two bouts of surgery in recent months.
