Netflix is yet to officially announce who will be portraying a young Camilla Parker-Bowles in Season 3 of The Crown. But, images leaked from the set have revealed that Call the Midwife actress Emerald Fennel will be portraying the future wife of Prince Charles.
The Prince of Wales will be portrayed by Josh O’Connor.
The upcoming series will depict the early relationship between Charles and now wife Camilla.
The series will include the scene which has now become an iconic photograph – where Prince Charles was captured talking to his ex-lover after a polo match in 1975.
The exchange between the pair was heavily discussed at the time, as Prince Charles had split with girlfriend Camilla to undertake his royal duties in the navy and who had then married her first husband Andrew Parker Bowles.
Helena Bonham-Carter has been cast to play Princess Margaret.
