The question on everyone’s lips – Who is Davey Lloyd?
The former Bachelorette contestant made his first reality TV debut on Sam Frost’s season in 2015.
After he didn’t win the heart of the beautiful blonde, the northern beaches boy returned to our screens on last year’s season of the Bachelor In Paradise.
Despite a developing romance, he was left devastated in March 2018 when Florence Alexandra, left him rose-less after he kissed co-star Leah Costa.
The 28-year-old was seen catching another flight to Fiji which powered more rumors that he will appear on Bachelor In Paradise – AGAIN.
The cheeky construction worker could be back on with former love interest Florence Alexandra, who was also on season two of the show.
He’s definitely persistent that’s for sure.
Florence told WHO at the time: “Oh, when he decided to take Leah on a date, I was like, ‘Seriously, mate?’ He came back full of regret, ‘I really wanted to take you, but Jake told me you were his.'”
“It was quite shocking to me because I definitely expecting to get that date, and I’m not surprised that he regretted it. It seems like they didn’t really have a great time,” she explained in our interview.
In an interview with POPSUGAR after his elimination, Davey said: “I’d do it differently next time. I would think a bit more for myself.”
This just tells us that maybe Mr. Lloyd isn’t really cut out for love in Paradise.
We think he’s realised it too.
Davey took to Instagram to finally sign off on his adventures on finding love on reality TV.
“Well my time in paradise was definitely short and sweet, but I came back with so many new amazing friends and everlasting memories. Thank you to everyone who has sent a heart filled message, I’m truely humbled by it all. ❤️❤️”
He went on to personally direct his message to love interest Florence which said, “To @florencealexandras I totally respect your decision, you are an absolute gem an I wish you the best. And my boy @jakeellis86 I still love you to bits mate, you are a good egg.”
So it looks like Davey really tried to put it all behind him but he is back for round THREE.
Rumour has it just after Lloyd was spotted jetting out to the tropical isle for a third shot at love. He was seen AGAIN just days later at the Maxim Hot 100 party in Sydney.
Let’s just hope three times the charm.
