Sasha Mielczarek admitted he had been left devastated by his break-up with Sam Frost.
And now, the 32-year-old construction manager has opened up about he’s been coping since their shock break-up.
Opening up to The Daily Telegraph, Sash confessed ‘I haven’t seen her,’ since they decided to split last December.
“I’ve been working long hours and been in Sydney head-down, arse-up, and when I’m not there I’m down the South Coast, so there’s not much time to do anything else, really.
“We will talk in due course,” he added.
Instead, the career-driven former Bachelorette star said he has been busy building two houses in Bowral – one for himself and one for his mum.
“It’s been a tough couple of months, back around Christmas-time,” he said.
“I’m still single, I’m enjoying it actually, just concentrating on myself and spending a lot of time with my family.”
Sash also described his ex as a ‘sensitive soul,’ especially when it comes to the criticism she often receives on social media.
Earlier this week Sam posted and then swiftly deleted a post telling women to cover up their bodies.
Sharing – the quickly deleting – a photo of herself in a low-cut top, Sam wrote she would rather be loved for being a ‘dork’ than ‘desired for posting sexual photos of my body on social media’.
‘Save your bodies for those who are truly worthy of seeing it,’ she finished the post, also adding the hashtags ‘#WeAreMoreThanJustOurBodies’ and ‘#KnowYourWorth.’
‘For me, I cop more s**t on a construction site so it doesn’t really bother me,’ Sasha said.
