Cranberry, brie and garlic bread

This recipe is courtesy of Phillips Kitchen Ambassador Elle Vernon. Combining all our favourite flavours into one savoury dish, you can’t go wrong with this surefire crowd pleaser.

Method

1.

Use a serrated knife to make 2 slits into the top of each roll, on a diagonal, but without cutting all the way through.

Combine butter, garlic, parsley and thyme in a bowl. Season.

3.

Use a butter knife to spread butter mixture in slits, followed by cranberry sauce. Then stuff each slit with brie. 

4.

Arrange in the basket of the Philips XXL air fryer with Smart Sensing technology. Set the temperature to 180C and time to 6 minutes, cooking until cheese melts and rolls are lightly golden. Serve scattered with extra chopped parsley.
