These Vietnamese Chicken Noodles take just 20 minutes to make

Method

Step 1

Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand with boiling water. Stand for 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain, and rinse under cold water. Drain well. Transfer to a large bowl. Cut into shorter lengths using kitchen scissors.

Step 2

Add chicken, bottled dressing, peanuts, coriander, chili, and salad kit (including crunchy noodles and dressing) to bowl with noodles. Toss to combine.

Step 3

Serve immediately.
