Step 1
Spray 14 silicone cupcake cases (1/3 -cup capacity) with cooking oil.
Step 2
Prepare muffin mix according to packet directions. Stir in choc bits. Fill prepared cases three-quarters full with mixture (about ¼ cup in each).
Step 3
Place half the filled cases in a 7-litre air fryer basket. Air-fry on 160C for 12 mins, or until muffins are just firm when lightly touched in centre with fingertips. Remove from air fryer. Repeat with remaining cases. Turn muffins out onto a wire rack to cool.
Step 4
FROSTING Beat cream cheese and butter in small bowl of an electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in sugar,
½ cup at a time, until combined.
Step 5
Spread frosting over muffin tops. Decorate with extra chopped choc bits.
