Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
In a bowl mix together, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, turmeric, green chilli, lime juice, olive oil and season with salt.
Step 3
Mix together into a paste and coat each piece of barramundi evenly.
Step 4
On a sheet of baking paper, layer asparagus and place marinated barramundi on top.
Step 5
Top with cherry tomatoes and wrap tightly into a parcel.
Step 6
Bake for 15 mins.
Step 7
Open at the table, garnish with parsley.
