Celebrity personal trainer Michelle Bridges is a proud mum to a five-year-old son, and she’s shared an inside look into how she prepares him a delicious home cooked meal.

Taking to Instagram Wednesday night, Michelle took her followers along with her as she prepared a last minute chicken soup at home.
“I didn’t really get to do what I would call my chop and chuck which is where I chop a whole lot up, chuck it all in and put it on a six hour slow cook,” she explained.
“So instead tonight I’ve come home, I’m not really ready but I’ve got the ingredients and I’m going to do a fast cook/pressure cook chicken soup,” she said.

“I’m going to put some corn in, I’ll put my chicken in and then I’ll put in some chicken broth,” she said.
“Then I’ll whack it on for a pressure cook for 60 minutes and it will taste like it’s been cooking all day,” she added.

Michelle also added that she used the thighs from the chicken, which had “a little bit of fat on them”, but said “it’s okay” as she didn’t use a whole heap of it.
“The rock star here is the vegetables,” she said.Once all her ingredients were in, Michelle said: “This bad boy is about to get pressure cooked, and it’ll taste amazing.”
“Okay so I’ll be honest – my son tapped out and said ‘I can’t wait for another 20 minutes, I need food’ and after a full day of school and jujitsu, I fortunately had some spag bowl that I’d already precooked for the weekend,” she said.
With her chicken soup still cooking away in the background, Michelle reassured fans that the meal will still be put to good use.”It will be fine because I’ll be able to put that into a whole bunch of containers and have it for next week,” she said.
