Tori Morgan and Jasmine Delaney may be bitter rivals on Summer Bay, but behind the camera Home and Away cast mates Penny McNamee and Sam Frost have nothing but love and support for each other.
On Monday, Home and Away star Sam Frost announced that she and sister Kristine have launched website Believe by Sam Frost, to help young people who are struggling with mental health.
The noble venture has seen Sam’s legions of fans praise her new undertaking, with Frost’s co-star McNamee choosing to take to Instagram to praise the former Bachelor star’s new website.
“Today is a great day” began Penny’s long post, “The mighty Sam Frost has launched a website that is going to help thousands of us better understand mental health issues, either for ourselves or on behalf of our friends and family.”
The actress continued: “After working with Sam for the past couple of years, I have discovered that she has a glorious gift for speaking the truth and making herself vulnerable”.
The site is geared towards young women with a specific focus on the dangers of social media and how to cope with the pressures of the online world.
Sam’s latest endeavour is a cause close to her heart, with the stunner speaking candidly about her own struggles with depression and anxiety on many occasions.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph about her new project, the blonde bombshell revealed she worked hard to develop the website in collaboration with mental health experts.
“We are talking to mental health professionals opening up about navigating social media, which people can sometimes struggle with.
“Social media can be a really lonely place. People are constantly comparing their lives to unrealistic realities.”
