My Kitchen Rules judge Manu Feildel has shared a confronting snap to celebrate his body transformation.
The 45-year-old can be seen holding a 2.5kg plastic clump of fat after losing 10kgs in 12 weeks.
“This is 2.5kg of fat and I can’t believe I’ve lost 4 of those in 12 weeks thanks to you Chief & Emilie @weareskwod,” he captioned the snap.
Feildel recently celebrated his 46th birthday with with wife Clarissa.
“Happy B’day to me!!! 46 year young and going strong. Best wife, best son, best daughter, best life,” he captioned another photo with Clarissa on Instagram.
The TV chef married Clarissa in 2018. The couple are doting parents to daughter Charlee who was born in 2015.
