Kyle Sandilands new girlfriend Tegan Kynaston has been charged with slapping a police officer after an early morning spat with the radio shock jock.
The 33-year-old has been issued a court summons on Sunday evening, after she allegedly damaged Sandilands luxury Bentley as she exited the car, which resulted in the pair getting into a heated altercation.

Police arrived Beach Road in Bondi at 7am on Saturday morning.
Several reports claim that Kyle asked bystanders to call the police during the altercation.
“On arrival officers found a woman who was visibly distressed with a man who was driving a car,” a New South Wales Police spokesperson revealed.
“While speaking with the woman it will be alleged in court she assaulted one of the officers before being taken to hospital for a mental health assessment,”
“The man was spoken to by police and left the area soon after.”
Kynaston – who is the director of communications for the Sandilands‘ King Kyle company – has been dating Kyle for a few months following his split from Imogen Anthony.
Kynaston will appear at Waverley Local Court on January 21.
