An application for an apprehended violence order has been made against Kate Ritchie’s husband of nine years, Stuart Webb.
A court listing in the NSW criminal court shows the matter will be heard at Waverley Court on October 24.
The actress, under her married name Katherine Leigh Webb, is listed on the application, lodged by Constable Dean Hodges on her behalf.

Stuart, a former professional NRL player, was arrested earlier in the year for driving under the influence, and faced court in April.
