Kim Kardashian West was famously married to basketball player Kris Humphries for a short 72 days before she filed for divorce in 2011.

While appearing on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Kanye West made a joke about Humphries while speaking about marriage.

“People thought it would be uncool to get married,” the rapper told the tv host.

“Then I got married, and people were like, ‘Oh that looks cool.'”

The 42-year-old suggested that Humphries didn’t think it was “cool” to be married to his reality tv star wife.

“No one ever thought it would be uncool to marry Kim Kardashian!” James exclaimed with a laugh.

“Everybody thought it would be cool to marry Kim Kardashian!”

“Well not Kris Humphries,” Kanye replied.

All jokes aside, the father-of-four (who recently released a new album titled Jesus Is King) spoke warmly about being married to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.

“It’s more than cool as hell or something. It’s heavenly. It’s great, it’s magnificent,” he said of their five years of marriage.

Kanye has also spent the past year holding Sunday Service performances, which stemmed from the rapper finding God and converting to Christianity.

While James Corden joined Kanye on his private jet for ‘airpool karaoke’ (a play on Corden’s carpool karaoke segment for The Late Late Show), Kanye elaborated on being a born-again Christian and said his existence was an example of God “showing off.”

“God is using me, as a human being. As humbly as I can put it, he’s using me to show off.”

What’s more, Kanye believes his newfound faith made a positive impact on his tax returns.

“Last year I made a $115 million and still ended up $35 million in debt,” he continued.

“This year I looked up and I just got $68 million returned to me on my tax… and people say don’t talk about these numbers.

“No, people need to hear someone – who has been put into debt by the system – talk about these kind of numbers now that they’re serviced to Christ.”

“God is showing off! Yeezy [his brand] is worth $3 billion dollars, number one searched brand in the world, he’s showing out,” he added.

“Kanye West works for God!”

He also said he believes “marriage years” are longer than “human years,” comparing then to “dog years.”

While dog years are equal to seven human years, Kanye believes every marriage year is equal to 100 human years.

Kanye added that he felt like he’d been married to Kim Kardashian for “500 years.”

Despite being A-list celebrities, Kanye and Kim try to spend their evenings at home with their children.

“I don’t like going out at nighttime, I like being at home with my family as much as possible,” Kanye said.

“We eat dinner and we play with the kids and we’ll put the kids to bed and then we’ll go to bed and my wife watches Dateline and I read the bible.”

When Corden asked Kanye if he should try for his fourth child with wife Julia Carey, the hip hop superstar was quick to encourage him.

“The richest thing you can have is as many children as possible,” he said.

Kanye – who shares Chicago, Psalm, Saint and North with Kardashian – told Corden that they planned to have seven children.

While on the special ‘airpool karaoke’ segment Kanye also performed ‘Jesus Walks’ from his 2004 album College Dropout as well as Selah from his new album Jesus Is King.
