Last night, Channel Nine presenter and Footy Show host Erin Molan took to Instagram to reveal that her 14-month-old daughter Eliza had been taken to hospital over the weekend.
Posting on social media, the mum-of-one retold the terrifying incident, while praising the high-quality level of hospital care Eliza received.
“We had our first experience in an Emergency Department with Eliza last night,” the 37-year-old shared, “And amidst all the negativity when it comes to our health system and the state of our hospitals I feel really strongly about putting out positive feedback and experiences that were good into the public arena.”

“We could not have been better looked after… the nurses and doctors (even the other patients waiting with us) were just so loving and caring and genuinely amazing.”
“Thank you Sydney Children’s Hospital. Above and beyond for ALL those who needed your help last night Xxx And we are ALL GOOD now!!! Xxx.”
Erin did not say what sent Eliza to the hospital.
Celebrities soon flooded Erin’s Instagram page to send their well-wishers.
“So glad everything is okay. Big love,” wrote former Studio 10 panellist Jessica Rowe.
While Today host Deborah Knight wrote, “Hope you are all okay.”
Erin Molan is currently engaged to police officer Sean Ogilvy and gave birth to Eliza on June 6, 2018.
