Tiffiny Hall on ‘harsh’ lessons she’s learnt from motherhood

The fitness mogul never ceases to give an honest account.

Tiffiny Hall has opened up on her first year of motherhood with a detailed and honest depiction of what her experience has been like so far.

The 33-year-old mother and former Biggest Loser trainer confessed: ‘I wish I’d had kids sooner.’

Tiff confessed that although her and partner Ed Kavalee have been together for a decade, they put off having children because her personal training career ‘hadn’t progressed’ to where it is now.

‘The truth: Like so many women who work or have established careers, I held off because I had just started a business and I was unsure if starting a family would impact my ability to grow and nurture it,’ Tiff told Kidspot.

‘Surrounded by so many fast, celebrity post-baby bounce back photos, I didn’t know how my body would be after pregnancy, and if an altered physique would hurt my business.’

On what the most shocking realisation of what motherhood would be like, Tiff admitted that pregnancy was ‘not at all’ what she thought it would be.

The mother-of-one gained a huge 30kg and confessed she thought she would struggle to get her fitness body back.

The fitness mogul, who runs her own fitness program Tiff XO, weighed 53 kilograms pre pregnancy.

Last September, Tiff and Ed welcomed son Arnold and amazingly, Tiff has since lost nearly all the weight – all the while documenting this to her 130,000 social media followers.

Tiffiny has been gaining praise ever since the birth of Arnold last year, all for her honest and open depiction of motherhood.  f

Posting a before-and-after shot to Instagram, Tiff said she ‘couldn’t be happier’ with her current post baby bod.

She captioned the inspiring shot, ‘I look at Arnold and it’s me who created that little Ninja! My body did that. So, they way I see it, I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.’
