12 months after giving birth Tiffiny Hall reveals how she got THIS body

The former Biggest Loser trainer shares her top weight loss tip for new mums

She gave birth to her adorable little boy just 12 months ago, and now former Biggest Loser trainer Tiffiny Hall has showed off her post baby body in a stunning photoshoot.

Posing in a black crop top and monochrome leggings to promote the latest element of her online fitness and wellness program, TIFFXO called the Fighter Series, Tiff – who gained 30kg during her pregnancy – showed off her impressive six pack.

‘My best tip for looking (and feeling) great after a baby? Go at your own pace, be kind to yourself and find movement that you really, really enjoy,’ Tiff tells New Idea.

‘For me it was tiffxo.com as I was able to fit it into my life and around love time, feeds and naps.

‘My amazing community helped support, motivate and encourage me – everyone needs a cheer squad.’

The doting mum to baby Arnold, said pregnancy is proof of how strong women’s bodies are but adds that it’s important to take things at your own pace.

‘Be gentle with yourself and respect the 4th trimester. It’s not a race, it took me 11 months to return to fitness and I did it in my own time,’ Tiff explains.

‘If you approach your way back to fitness and strength with self love, not self criticism then you will enjoy it more.

‘There will be days you have the energy to train, and others where you need to white flag it and surrender. That’s okay.

‘Stay focused on nourishing your own grass and not comparing yourself to anyone else, or thinking the grass is always greener on the other side.’
