Q. Has Kylie Jenner had a boob job?
A. Everyone goes through some pretty significant physical changes during both puberty and pregnancy, but Kylie Jenner’s bra size has got fans questioning whether or not she’s had breast implants.
Kylie already has a mixed track record when it comes to being truthful about cosmetic procedures. After the star’s lips became noticeable smaller, she admitted via Instagram that she had gotten rid of her filler, the same filler she had previously denied ever having. This reveal came months after the #kyliejennerlipchallenge, which saw teens sucking on shot glasses and egg cups the world over, trying to intentionally give themselves swollen lips in an effort to copy Kylie.
Sure, you can’t pop your boob in a shot glass and achieve the fake breasts look at home, but critics are concerned that if Kylie is not being truthful about having undergone a breast augmentation, many of her young impressionable fan base will end up with an inaccurate understanding of what is natural and what is the result of plastic surgery.

Girls usually reach their final height at around age 15, so it could just be that Kylie stopped growing and lost some of the teenage puppy fat that we all get lumbered with in early adolescence

Kylie’s breasts still look super natural here. For one thing, they aren’t defying gravity which is always a red flag. Plus, and it may just be the angle at which she is standing, but one breast looks slightly smaller than the other. There are very few women with perfectly symmetrical natural breasts in this world, so Kylie looks normal here. Well, not normal normal, she looks sensational, but you get what we mean!

Free the nipples! Kylie flaunted her hourglass type figure in this long sleeved, off the shoulder knit dress back in 2015. Her boobs seem to be fuller, and how are they sitting up like that without a bra? Kylie has told her fans that she gets premenstrual breast swelling, where your boobs increase in size shortly before or during your period. Maybe Aunt Flo was visiting Kylie on this day.

We can’t even look at this top without fearing a potential nip slip, but Kylie couldn’t care less. While her breasts definitely look as though they are at least a C cup, they don’t look artificial here. Her cleavage doesn’t look constructed and her boobs are adhering to the laws of physics. The previous photo must have been taken during Shark Week.

This looks like the mark of a hard-working push-up bra to us. In 2015 when Kylie launched her website, one of the first things she did was address the rumours that she’d had breast implants. She emphatically denied the allegations, saying her bustier look was due to the Victoria’s Secret Bombshell Bra instead.

When you compare this bikini picture to the previous selfie, you can see Kylie has a point. The push-up bra makes her boobs look so much rounder and fuller then they actually are, whereas here in a triangle bikini Kylie could pass for an A or B cup.

Ok, now HERE is where something dramatically changes. Kylie posted this picture in September 2017 when she would have been in her 2nd trimester with Stormi, so this picture is undoubtedly a #TBT. But what is going on? The before and after comparison when you look at her bikini picture is drastically different. Unless she’s wearing some see-through bra designed by NASA, we’re going to assume she’s braless and using Hollywood tape in this white satin number. Surely no one’s God given boobs look like this? Or was this growth spurt caused by pregnancy? (if so, sign us all up!)

In Bend It Like Beckham, Jess’s Aunty talks about turning her mosquito bites into juicy, juicy mangoes. Was this woman Kylie’s Aunty too? Because hot damn girl, those are some juicy mangoes alright! In 2018, plastic surgeon Dr. Giannitrapani spoke to Elle magazine, giving his expert opinion on whether or not he believed that Kylie had gone under the knife. “There is a clear size increase to Kylie’s breasts looking at the side profile,” he said. “If she intended on keeping the procedure a secret, the surgeon will have gone for an implant size to suit her frame and for the result to look as natural as possible whilst still creating the volume increase she desired.” We’re sure that if Kylie wanted to keep a surgical procedure secret, it wouldn’t be hard. She managed to keep her entire pregnancy under wraps, so why not a boob job?

Nearly a year after having her daughter Stormi, and Kylie manages to somehow recline on a yacht despite her massive tatas. She’s been very open about how pregnancy and motherhood has changed her body, even though Instagram may suggest otherwise. In this fan Q&A Kylie did with Jordan Woods, she admitted “My boobs are defiantly three times the size, which bothers me. I have stretch marks on my boobs. My stomach isn’t the same, my waist isn’t the same, my butt’s bigger, my thighs [are] bigger.”
If Kylie hasn’t had a boob job, and her lovely lady lumps are just due to her change in weight and pregnancy, then she is one lucky lady. When Kate Middleton left the hospital after giving birth, her polished look left mums everywhere dumbfounded so perhaps Kylie is yet another woman whose body has bounced back well after childbirth.
However, if Kylie has had breast implants, we probably won’t get the truth until she’s good and ready to tell it. We wouldn’t want to be the plastic surgeon who breaches a non-disclosure agreement with Kris Jenner’s youngest daughter, would you?
