One clever mum has shared her brilliant idea hack for solving one of life’s greatest mysteries: how to end up with even socks after doing a load of washing.
Megsie Vincent shared her trick on the Kmart Mums Australia group and it’s so simple, you’ll wonder why you didn’t think of it earlier.
Her tip is to attach an empty laundry bag to the washing machine and place the dirty socks inside it after each wear.
“So this isn’t Pinterest pretty or anything but it is so helpful and easy so I wanted to share,” she shared on the Facebook page.
“This is a laundry bag from Kmart (1 in a 3 pack) and I’ve attached it with Velcro dots so that I can rip it off and chuck it in the wash.”
For a measly $6 (plus the cost of velcro strips), you can DIY the hack and ensure you never end up with odd socks again.
