It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas for the stars of our favourite TV drama. So it’s only fitting that the cast of Home and Away should join forces to sprinkle some festive cheer.

With the holiday season almost upon us, we get merry with the much-loved folk from Summer Bay as they reveal their plans for the most joyous time of the year. And all they want for Christmas is….

Christmas plans this year?

Penny: We’re going on a road trip up the North Coast with two other families and their kids. It will be chaotic and fun!

Favourite Christmas tradition?

Penny: Movie night with my sisters and my mum – we watch Meet Me in St. Louis – our favourite family Christmas movie.

Emily: Eating honey ham – yum, yum, yum – and mince pies and turkey.

A very memorable Christmas?

Penny: When my husband and I spent our first Christmas in New York. We were bunkered down with friends watching Love Actually and in the middle of the movie it started snowing, so we went outside and had snowball fights.

Emily: Doing Chrissy with my mum, grandma and my dad when I was really young before my little brother was born, so I got all the presents!

Secret Christmas skill?

Penny: I’m a terrible cook, so I’m usually relegated to bringing the prawns – it’s an expensive price to pay for being a bad cook!
