It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas for the stars of our favourite TV drama. So it’s only fitting that the cast of Home and Away should join forces to sprinkle some festive cheer.
With the holiday season almost upon us, we get merry with the much-loved folk from Summer Bay as they reveal their plans for the most joyous time of the year. And all they want for Christmas is….
Favourite thing about Christmas?
Georgie: I love everything about Christmas. It’s a wonderful capsule of time to reflect on the year that’s coming to an end and get ready for the next one.
All-time favourite Christmas memory?
Georgie: When I got my Barbie Campervan. It’s a moment that’s captured in time for me. I remember thinking, “How could anything be better than this?”
Shane: I was about 8 and my parents gave me a dragster bike. I was so thrilled at the time.
Favourite Christmas food?
Georgie: Pavlova with anything yummy on top. I also love ham, turkey – whatever you’re going to put on the table, as long as you have Christmas decorations around it, I’m happy!
Shane: I love a hot ham. Our family also do a wonderful pudding that we make two years in advance. It takes up an entire shelf in the fridge, but it’s definitely worth it.
Worst-ever Christmas present?
Shane: I was once given a glasses repair kit and I don’t wear glasses!
