Doing everything he can to try and forget his troubles, Dean (Patrick O’Connor) is hit with a major dose of reality when Alf (Ray Meagher) hands him a letter at the caravan park.
The River Boy has been summoned to appear in court over the Surf Club break-in and assault.
‘Dean feels really overwhelmed at this point, even though he knew this day was coming,’ says Patrick.
‘He’s also not feeling terribly optimistic about the outcome in court.’ But just when Dean thought his day couldn’t get any worse, his world is turned upside down when a lawyer informs him over the phone that he’s facing 10 years behind bars!
