1 Tbsp olive oil
20 g butter
8 medium- large Swiss brown mushrooms
1 Tbsp thyme leaves
Sea-salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper, to season
- Heat oil and butter in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. When butter has melted and is sizzling, add mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes or until golden and tender. Sprinkle over thyme. Season, then serve.
