In an upcoming episode of The Block, Tess and Luke get a special visitor – their newborn niece, Elsie.
The Queensland couple started on The Block shortly after baby Elsie was born, meaning their first official meeting with their niece takes place on camera.

“I was just so excited to finally be able to touch her and smell her,” Tess says of her sister Sophie’s bub.
While the couple can’t stop gushing over their new niece, Tess and Luke are not rushing to start a family of their own.
“Not yet!” Luke laughed. “We’re quite happy to just be an uncle and aunt for now.”
Tess added: “We treasure our little niece and nephew, but no [babies for us] – not yet!”
While baby plans are on hold, Tess says having children is something they “definitely talk about”.
“I always thought I’d be happy to start having a family after I turned 30,” she shares. “But I think we’ve still got a few more things we want to do.”
