When quizzed about not letting her kids win board games, Nat responded with: ‘True story. ‘I don’t know, its just in me.’
‘We’ll be playing (card game) Uno and I’ll be like, ‘C’mon’. I’m very like, ‘Oh you didn’t say Uno, you have to pick up!’
‘It’s terrible,’ the former Neighbours star said. ‘Any board game (I can’t let them win), it’s shocking, it’s terrible.’
And as for meditation, she says she got her kids involved in the lead up to her appearance on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
‘I started meditating a bit before (appearing on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2017).
‘It took me about two years to really get into it and be good at it. Now I do it every day.’
Back in April the star revealed to New Idea that she has three health rules for her family which includes making her kids exercise and eat well, limiting screen time and meditating before bed.
