At least she has a sense of humour!
Our favourite crazy-haired country gal Jodie-Anne has posted a hilarious photo of herself enjoying some jelly from her hospital bed after undergoing an abdominal hysterectomy.

Posting a series of snapshots from St John of God Bendigo Hospital, Jodie was clearly looking on the bright side of life as she posted pictures of her chowing down on food and sweet messages her husband, Mick, had left her.
“And who doesn’t love jelly and ice cream when you’re in hospital. After a 7 year long wait I can finally do this abdominal hysterectomy.”
Luckily it seems all has gone well with the procedure, as Jodie-Anne was back to her usual jovial ways.
“Surgery went really well, food good too. But food is always great when you don’t have to clean up right!! Check out the cheeky message on the white board in my room, sneakily put up by my beautiful husband (pic 3).”
Mick and Jodie-Anne made it to the top ten on the Channel Seven cooking show, however were eliminated from the tenth season of My Kitchen Rules when they faced off against best friends, Lyn and Sal.
“All the cooks were really tough and at this point of time in the competition, we’ve cooked more than anyone else,” Mick told New Idea after the elimimination.
“We’ve been in more eliminations and that really adds to the stress levels.”
