In a now-deleted post on his Instagram story, the primary school teacher from Melbourne answered fan questions about his time on the hit Channel Nine reality show.

In one of his many candid responses, Brunelli – who is still in a relationship with TV ‘wife’ Martha Kalifatidis – admitted that his biggest regret from MAFS would be not speaking up when he felt he needed to.

“Biggest regret would have been not saying something in a situation where I normally would have in the real world, purely because a top producer said it would have ruined the storyline. So yeah, that annoys me,” Michael told the fan.

While Michael didn’t dish on the ‘situation’, there were plenty of questionable moments on the show that he could have been referring too, which always usually involved his now girlfriend, Bondi-based makeup artist Martha.

In one of Martha’s many confrontations with co-star Cyrell Paule, the Greek beauty was aggressively grabbed by her neck by the fiery Cyrell, who screamed in her Martha’s face.

In another heated scenario, Martha got so angry at the final dinner party she poured her glass of red wine on Cyrell’s head, only to quickly flee when Cyrell stood to chase her.
