Home and Away: John and Bella's lives in danger

Two of our favourite Summer Bay residents place themselves in harm’s way this week – and you won’t want to miss a moment of the gripping scenes.

While John (Shane Withington), who has been burning the candle at both ends, is involved in a serious car accident, tearaway teen Bella’s (Courtney Miller) online relationship with mysterious stranger Tommy takes a potentially dangerous turn.

Earlier in the week, an exhausted John insists – to Marilyn’s (Emily Symons) dismay – on driving back to the city to see their son Jett (Will McDonald).

But after John falls asleep at the wheel, his life is in critical danger!

Meanwhile, Bella, who decides to send Tommy a photo of herself, is in for a major shock when she realises that he isn’t who she thinks he is.

“This is yet another person whom she trusted and who has lied to her,” says Courtney.

While an upset Bella initially decides to have nothing more to do with Tommy, we soon see that he has lured her back into his web.

“She feels that she needs this friendship,” says Courtney.

Yet Bella may well be heading into dark and extremely dangerous territory!
