Ellen DeGeneres had a bone to pick with close friend Jennifer Anniston when the American actress popped in to see the comedian on her talk show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the other day.

The source of the tension? Jennifer’s very close friendship with co-star and Big Little Lies lead Reese Witherspoon!
“So let’s talk about Reese Witherspoon,” Ellen jokingly says before Jen rolls her eyes and retorts with a dramatic, “Oh god”.
“So she for some reason, you know you work with her,” Ellen says, referring to Jen and Reese’s new tv show for apple tv, “So she for some reason has this delusional thought that she is better friends with you than I am.”
Ellen then reveals that while she and the Legally Blonde actress were arguing over who was better friends with Jennifer Aniston, the celebs decided to call the Friend’s star and ask her for themselves.
“I mean I wanted to say you, of course, I’ve known you for thirty years!” the Hollywood heavyweight begins.
“I see Reese way more than you but…” Jen then trails off, much to the hilarious indignation of Ellen.
“Well that’s because you work with her”, the 61-year-old replies, “If you worked here on this show you’d see me more, you should work here”.
Jen, who is based in New York, seemed more than pleased with the idea of moving to Los Angeles to be with her Emmy award-winning pal.
“I should work here!”
